The last Southern League statement was on the 20th concluded with "The League is aware of the issues faced by Clubs and is engaging with the FA on these matters. It is anticipated that the League...
Just got the November issue of When Saturday Comes magazine (issue 392)
There's an interesting 2 page article on Sporting and Worcester - "On the sauce: While supporters of homeless Worcester City...
Does anyone know when the draw for the next round is? Or if it has already been made? I couldn't see anything on the Southern League website.
JC an used sub tonight as Stevenage lost 1.0 to Bradford. They've failed to score in all 4 league games. Surely Jase will get a chance soon?
Neither confirmed or denied on the Tamworth website!

Does say we can use the clubhouse.
£12 standing, £14 seats.
Massive congratulations and well deserved. I'm sure we will all be keeping an eye on Stevenage next season.
Would make for a decent pre-season friendly.
Thanks Rob, I'll have a look at that this evening.
I'm sure I filmed some bits away at Lichfield in the first season, might be tucked away on an old SD card somewhere.
This thread and the one about the Sporting TV / Youtube highlights made me wonder, what is the oldest video footage of a Sporting match?
Agree with you on the red tape of ground grading. Three sides doesn't seem to be an issue though does it, Oxford have only had three sides for years and doesn't seem to bother the Football League!
Fixed :)
A great afternoon's entertainment from both clubs, and nothing beats an injury time winner. Just caught up on the youtube highlights, excellent stuff.
As much as I would rather have a printed copy it is interesting to be able to read or download the programme the night before from Aylesbury's website:
...
Feels like it's already happening - you will not be able to buy a programme at Aylesbury on Saturday. Instead you can read it on your smartphone :(
I enjoy Sporting's programme and will continue...
It would be good to see. The chairman said it was on his radar at a forum (the one that coincided with selling Vase tickets in 16/17 I think)
Great to have the stats back, thank you.
Knew we'd had a lot of away games lately, didn't realise was as many as 7 Saturdays in a row.
Tough draw... I can taste the chicken tikka naan wrap already :p
2-2 with 18 minutes to go.
I've tried following it tonight on the link Danny / Sporting TV put out which is pretty good.

Enjoying the column DW. Especially the 'current Bunn' line on Saturday :D
Just noticed Midland League Division 2 (Step 11) has now been added
Football belongs on Saturday at 3pm wherever possible. Although the Sunday Vase crowds last season suggest otherwise.
Glad to have Rugby (last season's best pubs and best terrace) and Khalsa (best food) in our league.
Must be a bit more travelling this season, apart from Uttoxeter last season seemed a lot closer....
Good stuff. Thanks for the updates Scott.
Strange how it has become an issue (or certainly more of an issue) this season, 7 years on. People in the Shed singing 'you can shove your red shirts up your ars' at the point the ref was blowing the...
Was there a voucher at the Barnt Green match then  Must have missed that, too busy dodging the rain. Didn't go to Southam so only myself to blame there.
Is good to see the club at least...
