Their boss must've meant it was a long-standing issue that he'd been playing through.

I reckon he'd have come on yesterday if it weren't for their two injuries - another good sign is that he has the number 9 shirt, definitely seems like he's impressed enough to get some first team chances.

Considering how much of a deal Stevenage made of his signing I was pretty confident from the off that he is going to get a fair crack at things with them.

He came on as substitute last night in the 77th minute as Stevenage went down 1-2 at home to Southend in the EFL Cup. Unfortunately, he didn't score.

At least two Stevenage strikers pulled up with muscle injuries in that game last night (including one after JC came on & they made the 3rd sub, so he may have been leading the line by himself at the end). He might get a start sooner than the boss had planned, in other words.

JC an used sub tonight as Stevenage lost 1.0 to Bradford. They've failed to score in all 4 league games. Surely Jase will get a chance soon?

They brought a 17yr old on as 2nd sub yesterday but no idea what position he plays in. Seems very strange heís hardly getting any minutes when they canít buy a goal at the moment.
