The 6ft 5in giant started his career with West Bromwich Albion but never signed as a professional with them and joined Sutton Coldfield Town when he reached sixteen. He stayed with them for five years before joining the now defunct Bromsgrove Rovers and then teamed up with the Harriers assistant manager, Gary Whild, at Redditch Utd.

After two years he joined Kettering Town and from there his career moved into the Football League with a dream move to Peterborough Utd but that’s as far as it got and he found himself continually getting sent out on loan or joining clubs for a few months then being released.

Known for his bullet like throw-ins he joined Kidderminster on a one year deal but he failed miserably at the club and didn’t see the first month out let alone the first season.

Following a home defeat to Mansfield, that he played a major part in, he declared that he was going to join them again. He was immediately dropped by Steve Burr and eventually returned to Mansfield on August 31st for an instant profit of £5000.
