A half back, who joined Rovers in March 1927. He had 4 years of playing in the Birmingham League with Redditch Town. He had begun his career at Leamington Town.

After a string of fine performances at the end of the season he was made captain for the 1927/28 campaign.

He was sent off in the semi final of the Worcester Senior Cup against Brierley Hill Alliance in February 1928. The Worcester F.A. suspended him for 21 days.

He left Rovers at the end of the season and in the 1928/29 season he played for Halesowen Town.
