A defender, who made his debut against Milton Keynes City in the Southern League Midlands Division in August 1983.
He had two lengthy spells at the Rovers. he is second in the all-time appearance list for the Rovers behind only Shaun O`Meara.

In his first spell he was a key member of the squad who got promoted from the Southern League Midland Division and won the Southern League Cup in 1985-86. He played in the F.A. Cup first round against Newport County and won the Worcestershire Senior Cup in 1986/87.

He followed Bobby Hope to Burton Albion for the 1988-89 campaign. After a season with the Brewers he moved onto Worcester City before returning to the Rovers at the start of the 1991-92 season.

In his second spell, he was part of the side who got promoted to the Conference in 1991-92 and the side who finished runners-up in their debut season in the non-league elite. He played in 4 F.A. Cup first round ties (Bournemouth, Northampton, Cinderford and Kings Lynn) and also in the games against Yeovil and Barnsley in Rovers famous run to the third round in 1993-94. He also captured three Worcester Senior Cups and 2 Conference League Cups.

He played his last game for Rovers on 18 November 1997, after which he joined Kidderminster Harriers on a free transfer.
