Match Report
For the second time in three weeks, Sporting travelled to meet Feckenham, played well and for the second time came away empty handed, this time in a league match. The game if anything was a reverse of last weeks against Henley with Sporting missing a number of good chances in the first half and then failing to create enough in the second.

Up until fiften minutes, the two teams cancelled each other out but then Craig Frampton took a corner from the left for the home side, this floated past the right hand post and appeared to go out of play but the ball was knocked back into the middle to Stuart Hall, who had the easiest of tap in's. Fans and players of the vistors both protested to both the ref and his assistant but Mr Siniarski was having nothing of it and pointed to the centre circle. Tough justice but that's football.

Having learnt their lesson from the previous encounter, Sporting pushed midfielder Dan Wilkes and Ryan Molesworth further forward and along with the two strikers they had a number of chances but as with previous games the moves all came unstuck in the last few yards of the field.

Sporting carried on in a similar vein after the half-time break but with Feckenham defending in numbers, getting past the back line proved to be impossible. Substitute Shaun May had a couple of efforts go wide for the vistors whilst Chris Mole in the Sporting goal had little to worry about as the home side quite happily defended their one goal lead.

New boy, Nick Harris playing in midfield had a reeasonable gamne and has brought with him a useful ability to throw a long distance a la Rory Delap
